Tales of celebrity plastic surgery…

Jenni “J-Woww” Farley from MTV’s Jersey Shore obviously has fake breasts. Not so obvious to the casual gawker are how horribly scarred J-Wowws boobs are. Recently, while letting Snooki do body shots off of her stomach (classy), J-Woww inadvertently showed the paparazzi where her plastic surgeon sliced open her breast in order to insert her implants (super classy).

When undergoing breast augmentation surgery, I just don’t know why anyone would opt for a visible incision on the breast. With so many different ways to insert breast implants nowadays, big nasty scars on your breast in exchange for a big rack just seems kind of ghetto.

Well, I guess the rumors about Hilary Duff wanting to get plastic surgery for her wedding were true. Hilary stepped out in Hollywood yesterday sporting a new pair of boobs.

Looks like Geri Halliwell has followed in the footsteps of fellow Spice Girls Melanie Brown and Victoria Beckham, and has gotten herself some new boobs.

“Hello Boobies, my name is Geri…So happy to have you aboard!”

Personally, I think 38-year old Geri looked better before the fake boobs. Breast implants are just too obvious and in your face on a women with so little body fat.

Rachel Uchitel became famous after having an affair with Tiger Woods. Apparently fame is not just going to her head, it looks like it’s going straight to Rachel’s face. Every time Rachel pops up in the media, it appears that her lips keep getting bigger and bigger.

In addition to the porno pout, 35-year-old Rachel also appears to be abusing the botox, which has left her with a wonky eye. All of the plastic surgery that Rachel has had is pretty sad, as she used to be really pretty. Now she just looks trashy and cheap.

It was reported that Rachel got $10million from Tiger in order to keep her mouth shut about the details of their affair. I wonder how much of that money has been injected into her face already.

Obviously Amanda Lepore has had a LOT of plastic surgery. The whole cartoon-like women is the look that she’s after, but even extreme plastic surgery like Amanda’s can be done tastefully. Quite honestly, I think her brow lift is heinous and very poorly executed.

It looks like her plastic surgeon pulled her brow up as far as it could possibly go, stapled her forehead in place and sent her on her way.

Plastic surgeon to the stars, Dr. Frank Ryan, died Monday at the age of 50. Doctor Ryan was the plastic surgeon that performed Heidi Montag’s plastic transformation by performing 10 cosmetic surgeries on the 23-year old reality star. Doctor Ryan has also performed cosmetic surgery on celebrities such as Gene Simmons, Shannon Tweed, Shauna Sand, Adrienne Curry and Vince Neil.

TMZ reports:

“According to law enforcement, Dr. Ryan’s Jeep went over the side of Pacific Coast Highway yesterday at around 4:30 PM. The Jeep landed on rocks and lifeguards initially tried to help Ryan, to no avail.

Ryan’s last Tweet, “Border collie jill surveying the view from atop the sand dune.” Law enforcement tells us the dog was injured but survived.“

Tila Tequila attempted to perform (uh…she’s a gangsta rapper now, okay?) at the Gathering of the Juggalos, which is a four-day festival for The Insane Clown Posse fans. Tila’s presence didn’t go over well with the crowd and they proceeded to pelt her with anything they could get their hands on. Tila even tried to win the crowd over by flashing her giant breast implants, and when that failed she retreated to her trailer. In true, Tila fashion, her version of the story keeps getting crazier and crazier as she tries to make some money off of this by suing the promotors and selling pictures of her injuries to the gossips mags.

After scanning the pictures Tila took of the scratches and bruises she received, it looks like she is adding to her list of plastic surgeries/cosmetic procedures. In addition to undergoing at least two boob jobs, it looks like Tila has started to rework her face. She is sporting a new set of plumped up lips and her jawline looks a bit different. I’m wondering if she had the same procedure as Charice Pempengo?

Natural beauty Sofia Vergara had some pretty candid things to say about the plastic surgery trend in Hollywood and even called out Madonna in a recent interview with Esquire Magazine.

When asked about the plastic surgery craze, 38-year-old Sofia said, “Women all look the same now…That thing with the cheeks. Like Madonna. Who do they think they’re fooling? It doesn’t make them look young. You end up looking like a freak.”

When asked for comment on the interview, Madonna’s rep responded, “Meow, Ms. Vergara.”

Well, Madonna (and Heather Locklear and Lisa Rinna and Meg Ryan, etc. etc. etc.), someone had to say it. It’s just sad that these stars are surrounded by people that tell them that they look great after these cosmetic procedures, when in fact they look like desperate freaks.
