Despite all of the facial work, her nose looks the worst-way overdone. I guess some people believe that multiple face lifts are still better than wrinkles and sagging. I cant say when Im her age I wont do the same thing if I had the money. She does look pulled pretty tight but if she's happy, thats what counts.
