The most sought after celebrity look in plastic surgery offices around the world is the one and only Angelina Jolie. Angelina Jolie is also the most often asked about celebrity here at FamousPlastic.com. Did she or didn’t she have plastic surgery herself?
Angelina before and after plastic surgery?
For the most part, Angelina is au natural. It appears that she may have had a slight nose job when she was young, which has since thinned out with age. Lips are real, boobs are real, cheek bones are real. It does look like Angelina Jolie has had the standard botox and possibly blepharoplasty, just like every Hollywood actress that wants to keep her job, but she hasn’t had anything major done in my opinion. What do you think?

I think she had her lower lip reduced too. It looks much smaller and more balanced with her upper lip now.
Look again. Bare minimum she’s had a nose job, a brow lift and cheek implants. And sorry to break it to the diehard defenders, but that upper lip has suffered some plumping. Look at the old pic– the cupid’s bow has now disappeared, not something that naturally occurs through aging, but common with repeated collagen injections.
PS Her chin is a completely different shape and length now as well.
She was amazingly beautiful at 17, but she did have plastic surgery, not a lot, but she did (I don’t even know why personnally – i think she was so much more beautiful at 17… less shiny wax figure like maybe ?) Anyway, she’s had a minor rhinoplasty (very well done actually) and she either reduced her lower lip or plumped up the upper one.
She has a nose job & operation to her lowr eyelid. She also has filler in her top lip. A few years ago, her lips were enormous – she is just using less filler now.
nose job and reduced lower lip, and now seems to plump them with collagen injections. but her face looking more angular i think has to do just with aging.

i disagree AJ has nose, cheeks implant and chin implant and upper lip filler and etc. AJ was more chubby at 17yrs, her face had the puppy fat. As one grows older, it’s natural to lose weight through adolescence age, especially all the puppy fat. Thus her face is more define now than when she’s at the age of 17yrs old. As for the pillow lips, she was born with those pillow lips, it’s all au natural.

Her lips look more balanced. That ddin’t just happen on it’s own. Neither did her nose getting thinner.
She definitely had her nose done. Noses don’t get smaller/thinner with age, they’re one of the parts of our bodies that never stop growing.
the eyes also changed a lot.. less round.
But whatever she may or may not have done.. I love Angelina..! ^_^

hey guys!really. i do believe every little piece of her bod is naturally beautiful.
let me share my”experience”.my boyfriend put on some weight in the last two years, before,he had an extremely crooked nose. now, i have the impression he has a classical greek one you see on sculptures. Angelina, when she was much younger, had a little bit fatty nose.now it’s over,she’s skinny, so her nose is skinny too:)
the nose doesn’t normally grow throughout our whole periode of life.it grows when we are young, we are adolescents and when we get old,in this last case, when it produces extreme examples it is called acromegalia.but, that is not angie’s category:)
She has NOT had cheek implants etc, she certainly has NOT had breast implants and the person who said she has “admitted it” is full of it, she’s never said any such thing. The “before” pix were taken when she was a teenager; xay said it right about the baby fat. AJ’s face is more refined because she now has practically zero body fat. Also, there are pix of her from 10 years old when she was with her dad, Jon Voight, and you can see plainly she had the ginormous lips. As for a “lip reduction” – NO – our lips get smaller as we age and lose collagen. Hers are no different, they are going to get slightly smaller as years go by. It’s incredible what some people assume on this forum. I work for a major movie studio, I see a lot of these people fairly regularly and it’s pretty easy to see who’s had work done and who hasn’t. I met Angelina on a movie set almost 10 years ago. Except for her nose, she has had no work done.
Angelina jolie Sure have had nose job. It looks she had also done chin implant, I’ve found this page whre it is more noticable.
I think nose and definitely top lip. It’s obviously plumper than previously.
It is nothing against AJ as a person, on the contrary, she’s only human! as a woman in Hllywd, who wouln’t improve their looks if it means it will help you get better rolls etc. Women are judged by their looks far more than men in this world. I work for a plstc surgn. and I have seen AJ in Gia and seen her recent films, and I repeat, it doesn’t make her a bad person, because I am certain she has deffinately had one of the best nose jobs I have ever seen, (wish I could go to her Dr!), fat removed from under her cheeks (I had the fat removed from under my cheeks, too & can tell when someone else has done it) chin & cheek implants, brow lift and, in some movies has used collegen restalyn. finally, because I work for a Plastc. Surgn. & have done the same thing, she has had Botox to reduce her once very square jaw; Hey but her Doc is a great artist! Not everyone who gets plstc. srugy. has to look like Michael Jackson
Seriously, not everything is surgery! You guys seem to completely forget about make-up. Make-up can make lips bigger, noses smaller… It’s called shaping, and you can achieve a lot with that! Furthermore, there’s Photoshop, of course.

Angelina Jolie did 3 plastic surgeries , nose surgery , face lift and browlift . Angelina Jolie was not sexy before rhinoplasty , she was just pretty . She was sexy on profile of face , but not in the face . She did also a face lift because she wanted to have wide face , becouse her face was little narrow and her chin was small . She wanted to have square form of face . But her lips are 100% naturally . If u have eyes u can see these things .
To put up a picture of a plumber Jolie at 17 next to a current one is the worst way to see if she’s had work done

Very hard to tell. The face changes from teenage years to adulthood. I personally know people who have changed dramatically without surgery.
So what if she did? And she ONLY had a nose job. The fact is this woman was born beautiful! Wow, she was so pretty at 17! What exotic good looks!
AJ has alot of work done and I mean alot. I believe she has undergone the following procedures:
blepharoplasty (cat eye effect)
buccal fat removal (bottom 1/3 of the face now looks more angular, sculpted)
jaw implants
chin implant (added length to her face)
lower lip fat reduction
upper lip fat transfer
unsure if she had a procedure done to her cheeks or if this is the result of weight loss or cheek implants
nose /lips /chin, there is something diffferent, subtle things
She has had a nose job for sure. She still had the old nose in Hackers, although that nose looks a little tweaked too, so she may have had multiple nose surgeries. Also, it appears she had her lower lip reduced as now her lips are almost the same size (before the lower one was HUGE) and her chin looks longer (probably a result of the lower lip reduction.) It’s so funny to me how stars like her (and lately Megan Fox) are so idolized for their beauty when they’ve all been surgically enhanced!
I don’t think she’d job done on her lips except reducing the size of them. Just check out her brother’s. I myself have full lips, and sometimes they shrink for no reason down a notch. I think she had the slight job done on her nose. Chin is the same to me because she’s lost much fat around her face. You can’t judge from the photos that she poses in different angles. I’ve seen her earlier teen pics and she stays pretty much the same, except her nose got thinner and smaller at its tip. Other than that, it’s all Angelina.
Your nose gets BIGGER as you grow older – NOT SMALLER!! She had a nose job at around age 16/17 and then another one in her early/mid 20s. She has her top lip puffed up a bit every now and then – you can see it has lost its cupid bow shape she had in her teenage years.
In the past I hadn’t believed that she had anything done, but looking at various pics over time… it’s pretty obvious. Think about it, it’s only been a couple of years that she’s been touted as being “the most amazingly beautiful woman ever” but she’s been around for quite a while. I also agree that she had to have had some kind of lower lip reduction because it was ENORMOUS before and now it’s just big… I know because my lower lip is huge (not as bad as hers was) and I’ve helped the upper lip out a teensy bit and it made so much of a difference.
Also, according to my friend who interviews celebrities all the time… she’s CRAZY!! She made all sorts of suggestive comments to him (I’m not a prude by ANY stretch of the imagination, but I was horrified)… she even had to take a break during the interview to “take care of business” (in a dirty way)…. My friend is gay so instead of turning him on he was kind of like… “eew….”
The chin looks noticeably different and so does the nose. Still, subtle enough to keep people guessing– well done!

I have noticed that whenever websites talk about celebrity plastic surgery, they always use a pic of Angie that doesn’t clearly show the work she had done. She is not natural by any means.
Well everything she has had done works for her so fair play to her. Hope she knows when to stop!

I can’t understand how anyone can find her remotely attractive at all!
She has abnormally huge lips that are shaped like a Bass or trout fish especially her lower lip! Every time I see her face online I have to click it off I can’t even stand to look at her! I thought this from the moment I first saw her years ago online and I didn’t even know who she was.
I’m not alone either I have found many other people including many heterosexual men saying exactly the same thing! Many say she’s ugly with Carp lips.

On another message board many people were saying these things about her too and a woman said that her husband said she looks like she should be thrown back into the ocean.Many men said the last time they saw lips like hers they were on the end of a fishook.
Another guy said he always found Angelina unattractive with big over-sized frog lips! And another guy on another message board said he always thought she was ugly and that she looks like freaking Howard the Duck.

Also there are many web sites discussing and showing her before and after plastic surgeries (like this one) ,her nose jobs,her cheeck implants,etc and someone said that even though she’s had a lot of plastic surgery it didn’t help because she still looks like a fish. Elizabeth Taylor,Lauren Bacall,Milla Jovovich and Jaclyn Smith(who I think is the most famous beautiful woman ever!), and Marilyn Monroe all had/have full lips but they weren’t abnormally huge and they all had very pretty shaped lips not ugly trout shaped lips!
Scarlet Johanson,Jessica Alba and Liv Tyler all have lips that are too big,but they still have pretty looking mouths because their lips have a very pretty shape not fish shaped like *UGLY* Angelina!

And on another board a woman said she & her boyfriend think Angelina is ugly and they both call her an** mouth. Another guy said his girfiend is a model and most people tell her she’s beautiful,and he too said he thinks Angelina is ugly and has big ugly fish lips.
And Audrey Hepburn who is consistently voted the most beautiful movie star of all time,didn’t have big lips,she had average sized pretty shaped lips, o did Grace Kelly, and Vivian Leigh, etc are widely regarded as beautiful.
And another thing, on a site discussing Donald Trump saying he doesn’t think Angelina is attractive, most people including quite a few men agreed that she has huge ugly fish looking lips and that’s she’s ugly.
And a poster pointed out that people don’t say that Charlize Theron is ugly, but they say Angelina Jolie is ugly because she is!
Some ridiculous people assume that if people actually find her huge ugly fish shaped lips and her ugly, then we must be jealous, and it makes no sense at all and I’m very glad I have normal sized pretty shaped lips.
And Also I and other posters who think Angelina is ugly wouldn’t be saying and recognizing other women movie stars as beautiful, we would be so jealous and say Grace Kelly,Vivian Liegh, Jaclyn Smith, Charlize Theron , Michelle Pfeiffer, Kim Basinger, Elizabeth Taylor,Lauren Bacall,Sharon Tate, Catherine Denuve, Donna Mills,Connie Sellecca, Morgan Brittany, Morgan Fairchild etc are and were all ugly, but I and many other people say they are and were beautiful. And do people really believe that all of these married and single heterosexual men who think Angelina is ugly are “jealous” of her too? !
And there are so many women on soaps that are a zillion times better looking than Angelina, Katherine Kelly Lang of The Bold & The Beautiful is very beautiful at age 48 and you can tell that she hasn’t had plastic surgery even though she still looks great and she became more beautiful in her 30′s than she was in her 20′s.
Also I read a post from a black woman on an African American Entertainment forum and the topic was Angelina Jolie vs Halle Berry and a black woman said that Halle isn’t a very good actress but she’s gorgeous but that Angelina Jolie is *way* too skinny and looks like a fish in the face and is more hype than anything else.
And by the way I was considered by most people to be a strikingly beautiful baby, child and teenager. Many strangers would come up to me and my parents in public places and say what a gorgeous , beautiful baby and child. I never had big lips, I had /have normal size lips and a pretty delicate shaped mouth, and even as a baby and child I had high cheek bones, a small pretty shaped nose, an oval shaped face, very big dark brown beautiful deepset doe eyes , light skin, strawberries and cream complexion, no freckles and red blonde hair that was much redder than strawberry blonde.Everyone said what a beautiful rare color it was.
My mother was an artist and she went to art school and she even sold some of her sculptures in a few local galleries. She drew me in pastels when I was 5, she sculpted my face when I was 7 and she drew me in charcoal pencil which I sat for when I was 18.
She never drew or sculpted my sister who is 4 years older though and was only considered very cute and average pretty and who looks nothing like me.
My mother saw people feature by feature as an artist and I once asked her if she thought a soap actress was pretty and she said, no she has an ugly nose, and she did, her nose was kind of flat and kind of spread out shaped.
I just know if she saw Angelina Jolie and I asked her if she thought she was pretty, she would have said no she has an ugly mouth with ugly huge fish shaped lips.
She also drew and sculpted a few black people and she never drew or sculpted anyone with huge ugly fish shaped lips.
Not to sound racist but I have never seen a black person with ugly shaped fish lips like Angelina’s either.
Also someone posted recently on US Magazine’s site, after seeing a picture of Angelina at age 16,”Im sorry she was ugly then and is ugly now,those lips are horrid! Brad Pitt doesn’t have good taste in women,and is not my idea of gorgeous”

On a site where they had pictures of celebrities as children they had a picture of Angelina at age 5 and a guy said Angelina Jolie was ugly! She still is.
And I saw a picture of her at about age 13 and she was so hideous, before her plastic surgeries she was even uglier with bulging eyes,and as other people said her lower lip was massive and had even more of an ugly fish shape and appearance,she was scary looking and definitely one of the ugliest people I have ever seen!
Look at pictures of Milla Jovovich as a child she was on her first magazine cover at age 11 and she didn’t plastic surgery and she had a full pouty lower lip,but not abnormally huge and very pretty shaped lips,and beautiful eyes and a nice nose.
And also Timothy Sexton also wrote an online article called,Why is Scarlet Johanson considered Such A Great Beauty? And he says she has those butt-ugly Angelina Jolie oversized lips that seem to be a necessity to make it in Hollywood and that the ad industry has somehow managed to turn into a sign of great beauty and then he said so maybe thats it.
Also on another site a guy made the topic ofAngelina Jolie’s Lips Look Like Dead Worms and he said they are nasty.
And another site a woman said Angelina Jolie’s lips aren’t luscious, but that they look the way hers did when as a child she fell down and got 2 fat lips and had to say home from school.
Another poster agreed with other posters about her acting roles but said they agree with what this other poster said about her lips.

But anyway, her mother was actually very pretty with delicate pretty features and she had average size lips that had a pretty shape not huge and ugly fish shape like her daughter.
Many people say that Angelina looks a lot more like her father and she does and many people also say that they think her father is ugly.
He and her brother are better looking than her though and her father’s lips when he was younger were kind of big but not as huge as hers and they didn’t have as much of the ugly fish shape she has.
And Mick Jagger has always had very big lips but he never looked like a fish because his lips don’t have her ugly fish shape.

From my study of anatomy in art class where we learn about drawing faces, it is a fact that as we age, our features can appear to ‘dry out of their youthful moisture’ so to say. So Angie’s face can be a result of the natural process of aging and weight loss.
It’s a whole different story when features changed shape, but that’s not the case with Angie. She’s a natural beauty.
she has said (many times) that the breasts and lips are real – and that the breasts were graphically enhanced for tomb raider – look it up on YOUTUBE.
She had minor surgery on her nose – as she said and NOTHING else….cheek implants?!? look at her mum and brother!!! its laughable.

I think she was naturally beautiful when she was a teenager. As an adult in Hollywood its business as usual… too much make-up, too thin, too smug looking, too, too, too. Unfortunately at this age, take away the make-up and there isn’t much to look at, probably almost unrecognizable, or in the least, plain-Jane.

Hello people!!…of course she has work done, put your glasses on!..Nose job, at least twice…chin implant…lower eyelid…lower lip reduced and shaped..she gets her top lip plumped, depending on the movie shes doing, if you notice the final scene of girl interrupted her top lip is about to pop!!…she might have small cheek implants or maybe she just grew into those, but for sure she has work done, don’t fool yourselves, Angie is VERY hollywood…in fact I think that lately she got something done that is starting to ruin it all..she’s looking like a wax figure of her formal self…i’m a fan, but i’m also not blind!!!

You know about her French ‘twin’, don´t you? Well, make a quick search and find who the ‘before’ is.
Her cheekbones look alot higher at 33 than at 17. While I don’t think she had cheek implants, I’m very certain that she uses dermal fillers regularly to get her cheekbones looking ultra high to mask other minor signs of aging from her weight loss and age. I know because I’m 25, and I got dermal fillers onto my upper cheeks and tear trough and they look better than they ever had. In normal individuals, cheeks get lower with age and the chin gets smaller, but for Angie, it’s the opposite, her chin is fuller and her cheeks are higher…so I’m pretty sure her cheeks and chin are not all natural, they’re either fillers or implants. She also had a nose job and a brow lift. She does look fantastic though, not at all overdone, which is why she looks ‘natural’.
Having taken a formal education in human anatomy… specifically of the face… I can say…
AJ has definitely had a nose job- Absolutely. Ageing and weight gain/loss doesn’t change a nose bridge (the bone) or nose cartilage. I believe she has had two. The first being a general slimming and the second creating a straight bridge and a pointy tip. Deal with it people- a nose job is certain.
Her chin is suspicious but is probably elongated from age and being under weight.
Any difference you see in her eyes or brows is make up and botox- and it looks like she is using botox as a sort of brow lift- which is why her face is looking less attractive and harsh. She most likely (like all actresses out of their 20′s in Hollywood) has had the fat sucked out from under her eyes. This fat is what causes that baggy wrinkled look. With 6 kids and 2 births at 34 to have no eye ageing… she probably had the fat sucked out.
Her lips look less plump than they used to at 17- but that is expected of course! However curious is her lesser defined cupids bow. Her lips are more even in size from top to bottom. People retain their cupids bow until a more dramatic ageing occurs in their 50′s. So this change could be because of injections. But I motion that the injections were most likely done to even out her the already present fullness (not to create it).
In short I believe we can safely say:
1-2 nose jobs and general upkeep injections.
We can speculate about:
A chin implant
Breast implant
Fat suck of the bags around her eyes.
Guys, I’m a surgeon with a very trained eye.
Angelina has DEFINITELY had:
1) Nose Job (look at the tip…it’s obviously changed)
2) Cheek implants (just like Brad Pitt has had)
3) Mandibular angle implants (just like Brad Pitt has had)
4) Botox
and PROBABLY had:
4) subtle chin implant (in lowest pics chin seems wider)
I’ve never found her to be attractive…but apparently she was gorgeous when she was 17.
She definitely has her upper lip plumped up to match her lower lip. I don’t know if she’s had a chin implant. Her jaw might just look bigger since her lower lip is much smaller and doesn’t overshadow her chin as much. Plus her face is so much thinner than it was when she was younger. I think her nose and her upper lip is all she’s had done. Her lower lip is probably just smaller because lips think with age. In interviews in her twenties they were the same as in this picture.
Personally, I think her first nose and lips were so pretty, but I love how angular her face is now. Still gorgeous at both ages, though.
It’s ironic that the narcissistic (personality disordered) Jolie was chosen as a role model… sick minds don’t choose healthy role models, that’s for sure…
These comments would be laughable except some of you claim to know “THE TRUTH”, and my favorite is the supposed “trained-eye surgeon”. You haven’t got a freaking clue. I worked for 3 major film producers over 16 year period. I’ve seen Angelina through the years and yes, she’s had a slight nose job. PERIOD. To the wingnut who keeps saying she’s admitted to a boob job for “Tomb Raider”, BS!!! Learn to read!!!! She said she her breasts were PADDED for “Tomb Raider” – padded bras, moron. Her cheeks & chin look sharper because she’s very thin & lost her baby fat. MY face looks slimmer & sharper in the nose, chin & cheeks since I was in high school, too.
Oh, and there’s other invention used instead of plastic surgery – it’s called MAKEUP. Her top lip looks smaller or larger depending on her lipliner/lipstock/gloss/highlighting. The supposed “eye surgery” to make “cat’s eyes” – it’s EYELINER you idiots.
God, I cannot believe how many people are so jealous they feel entitled to lie about something they know nothing about, and a person they’ve never met. She was stunning 15 years ago, she’s stunning now. And to make your lives even MORE miserable, she’s really, really NICE. I can name you some snot-nosed beyotches that people think are “America’s sweethearts” – Angelina is NOT one of them.

Not an expert but having eye, but looking at the photos, can see a nose job, and yes her lower lip looks smaller, but that’s it. Everything else is from getting older and losing weight in her face. Even though I was thin my face was plump as a teenager, which thinned out when getting older making my cheekbones look bigger, jaw more defined, etc. I’m sure if I posted pics of me in highschool versus in my 30′s I’m sure a bunch of people on this website would point all the various “procedures” I had done. If you don’t believe me, find a picture of someone you know (who never had surgery) in highschool, versus in their 30′s. They can look dramatically different.
Ok, no one is envious, at least, I am not. But I can spot various procedures on her face. I won’t repeat them because it’s all been covered in other comments. Suffice it to say that Megan Fox has had surgical transformations to look like AJ……ironically, AJ had surgical transformations to become…AJ!!! Isn’t life weird? She is succeeding in making herself look older and her stoned facial expression is just vacuous.

I seriously don’t think Angie has much plastic surgery done at all. Probably just under cheek fat reduction. I notice Angie has always been lean even in Cyborg 2 when she was very young, and subsequent movies such as Hacker, Gia, Girl Interrupted but her face had always been a bit pudgy. Angie is one of those people who accumulate fat in their faces (some people in the arms, some waists, some thighs…) But lately she has more chiselled look. I believe she had cheek liposuction or whatever and so her facial bones are more obvious now so there’s no need for chin implant or cheek implant. At one point she might have her lips injected to plump it up but collagen eventually wears off and lips thin as we age anyway. And from her childhood pic, Angie always have fat lips to begin with. Her ‘archy’ eyebrows are just from good waxing (check her out in Hackers, she already had very defined brows), her eyes are just clever make-up to produce the cat eyes look. She might had her nose done but then again it may just be that her baby fat is gone and hence, the more angular look.
Just imagine if Angelina Jolie hasn’t had plastic surgery and she saw all these comments saying that it was impossible that she DIDN’T have it done… I would laugh if I was her. For God’s sake, is it really SUCH a big deal whether or not she’s had it done? My nose changed from when I was younger to how it is now and my nose looks a hell of a lot different than it did- her nose has only slightly changed… WITH AGE!

It´s pretty obvious she has done a few minor procedures, I always liked her, but still you can see the chin has grown a bit, and the lips became more even. And that´s noticeable even if you analize her movies from 10 years ago, compared to now. She most likely had a mlimetical reduction in the lower lip, and some collagen injection or something in the upper (cause the shape is different now). The thing is, in cases like this, is when plastic surgery works perfectly, cause it´s just like polishing edges, not really a transformation.
