Recent photos of Sarah Palin are doing the rounds on the internet and have everyone wondering…Did Sarah Palin get a boob job? I dug up some old pictures of Sarah from her beauty pageant days and she has always had a larger chest. So I’m going to say that no, Sarah Palin does not have breast implants, she just happened to be wearing a great bra underneath that white t-shirt. What do you think?

Well you are wrong. She has had a boob job and it is obvious. Even a good bra will not make the breast round and firm looking.
