Hip hop artist Nicki Minaj has often been compared to Lil Kim, but that comparison goes far beyond just her style of dressing and crazy wigs. Like Lil Kim, it looks like Nicki Minaj has had plastic surgery to enlarge her assets. Nicki’s booty is so big and out of proportion with the rest of her body, that it was originally suggested that she was wearing booty pads, but you can see in the Massive Attack video below, padded panties can’t be hidden under Nicki’s skimpy costumes!
Not only is the size increase in Nicki Minaj’s butt blatantly obvious, but when asked about the buzz surrounding her booty and if she’s has plastic surgery, Nicki never denies having plastic surgery and instead says that people like to talk and that she doesn’t mind what people say.
Injecting fat into the butt (also called a “Brazilian Butt Lift”) is becoming a popular way to increase the size and improve the shape of the butt, but the huge difference in the before and after pictures suggest that Nicki has had full-on butt implants. Since the butt implant trend is fairly new, I wonder what these women with these giant butt implants are going to look like in 10 years? I bet it is not going to be pretty…
Hopefully Nicki will learn from Lil Kim’s plastic surgery mistakes and will stop with the surgeries while she is still ahead.

She was sooooo beautiful before and now with being surrounded by so many beautiful women and men in the music industry and seeing herself the plastic people, the slutty stuff that is done, she has changed herself to enhance her beauty, when she already had it to begin with.
