Previously, I had blogged about the girls of Rock of Love 2 and Bret Michaels love of fake boobies. I had mentioned that Ambre Lake was one of the few contestants that did not have breast implants.

Oh! But how things have changed for Ambre since she won Rock of Love 2!

I was checking out Ambre Lake’s modeling photos and it appears that she has also had Botox and she formerly was receiving lip injections to plump her lips. Ambre is currently 37 years old.

After posting about Daisy DaLaHoya’s plastic surgery, it was brought to my attention that it appears that Bret Michaels prefers to keep the company of surgically enhanced breasts.

On Bret Michaels dating reality show, “Rock of Love 2″, there are six women left in the running and four of these six women have breast implants.

Kristy Joe Muller of “Rock of Love 2″

Kristy Joe looks to have small C breast implants.

Megan Hauserman of “Rock of Love 2″

Megan looks to have full C breast implants.

Daisy DeLaHoya of “Rock of Love 2″

Daisy looks to have large D breast implants.

Jessica Kinni of “Rock of Love 2″

Jessica is all natural as far as I can tell.

Ambre Lake of “Rock of Love 2″

Ambre looks to be all natural.

Kristy Joe and Megan didn’t go overboard with the implants and they chose an implant size that suits their body type. Destiney and Daisy both opted for breast implants that are too large for their frame, which makes them very obvious and trashy looking (in my opinion).

The girls that appear to not have had any cosmetic surgeries are Jessica and Ambre.
