When undergoing breast augmentation surgery, I just don’t know why anyone would opt for a visible incision on the breast. With so many different ways to insert breast implants nowadays, big nasty scars on your breast in exchange for a big rack just seems kind of ghetto.

Really, Hilary? New boobs for your wedding? That’s just kind of sad…

Personally, I think 38-year old Geri looked better before the fake boobs. Breast implants are just too obvious and in your face on a women with so little body fat.

Classiness, thy name is Tila Tequila. And in case any of you are blind and think that Tila’s breasts are natural, you can see her breast augmentation scars in a couple of the pictures below.

It seems like every single set of pictures I have seen of Amy since she got her breast implants, include a shot or two with her nipple (or entire boob) hanging out. I guess Amy Winehouse isn’t exactly known for being classy, but nip slips are so 2001. If you really can’t control your breasts, get into the habit of wearing pasties, girls!

Sheyla is 30 years old and has had TEN breast enlargement surgeries. She has to fly to Brazil to get her boob job fix, because the United States does not allow plastic surgeons to inject more then one gallon of silicon into breast implants. The Brazilian version of Guinness Book of World Records awarded Sheyla with the record for the largest breast implants after she increased her cup size to 38KKK. But, Sheyla apparently thought her breasts were still too small and decided to undergo yet ANOTHER breast enlargement surgery in July 2010. This most recent surgery did not go so well and Sheyla contracted a staph infection (which can be fatal). Sheyla is currently in a Houston hospital, were surgeons have removed her gigantic breast implants in an attempt to stop the infection. There is a possibility that Sheyla will still have to have one, or both, of her breasts removed in an attempt to save her life.

If Sheyla makes it through this mess, I wonder if she’s stupid enough to have more plastic surgery?

Both Kim’s have undergone many of the same plastic surgery procedures (liposuction, nose job, breast implants, botox, etc), so Kim K, let this be a warning…Stop while you are ahead, sweetheart!

For the record, Lil Kim is only 35! All of the plastic surgery she has had on her face has made her look like a 60 year old after a too tight face lift. WTF. Check out Lil Kim before plastic surgery.

Simona is well known for her aggressive style of tennis and for (formerly) having gigantic boobs. Simona underwent the breast reduction surgery in 2009, when she was 17 years old, and had her 34DD breasts reduced to a more manageable 34C. Many of Simona’s male fans petitioned for her not to have the surgery, but she underwent the reduction anyways in hopes of improving her game.

Personally, I would have used the opportunity to score a major sponsorship from a sports bra company! Since Simona is well known for her super-sized breasts, she could have made a LOT of money off of promoting an athletic bra company (and wouldn’t have had to undergo breast reduction surgery!). But, too late now. Although I think that her decision to have a reduction is justified, hopefully Simona won’t regret it later in life. Undergoing plastic surgery at such a young age is often followed by regret.

Dimpleplasty involves making a tiny incision in the skin to create a small depression. The incision is then stitched to a deeper layer of skin to hold it in place. Once the suture dissolves, permanent scar tissue will keep the dimple in place. The thing that is really strange about these new man-made dimples is that your new “dimple” shows at all times, where as natural dimples, like Cheryl’s, usually only show when you smile.

And while Cheryl Tweedy’s natural dimples may have inspired this new trend, Cheryl has certainly spent some time at the plastic surgeon herself and has gotten some shiny new boobs!
