Carmen has even gone so far to say that she sort of regrets getting breast implants, because she had nice boobs before the surgery. Well, perhaps it was those originally nice breasts that helped, but her breast augmentation surgery came out phenomenally.

I’m not a huge fan of fake boobs, but I think that Carmen Electra has one of the best boob jobs in Hollywood. Her breast implants are symmetrical, full without being bolted-on looking, perky but not in an obviously fake way, nipple position is perfect and there are no scars.
