Tales of celebrity plastic surgery…

I don’t spook easily, but there is just something about Joan River’s face that scares the shit out of me!

Joan has had extensive plastic surgery on her face such as: Multiple facelifts, brow lift, botox, soft tissue fillers, jaw implants, multiple nose jobs, veneers, blepharoplasty (eye work), liposuction, cheek implants, breast implants, etc. etc. etc…

Joan Rivers plastic surgeried face is so inanimate that it looks inhuman. She looks like a scary, walking, talking puppet. Sort of like that movie “Leprechaun” or Madame the puppet.

Joan Rivers is 75 years old and is most certainly addicted to plastic surgery. She has been quoted as saying, “My motto is ‘better a new face coming out of an old car than an old face coming out of a new car’. Spend your money on you.” and, “Plastic surgery has everything to do with how a person feels about him or herself. There is no such thing as too much.”

Jackie Zeman is an actress that has appeared on the soap opera “General Hospital” for the last 30 years. She is currently 55 years old and the amount of plastic surgery she has had on her face seems quite abundant.

Brigitte Nielsen was an extemely hot model/actress in the 80’s, and she just can’t seem to accept that her glory days are over. She has appears on numerous reality shows that feature washed up celebrities, including “The Surreal Life”, “The Mole”, “Strange Love”, “Celebrity Big Brother” and “Celebrity Rehab”.

Now, Brigitte Nielson is starring in her own reality show titled, “From Old to New: Brigitte Nielsen in the Celebrity Clinic”. On here new show, Brigitte will undergo a facelift, eyelift, breast lift, liposuction, breast reduction and additional cosmetic surgeries in a desperate attempt to turn back time.

Here are Brigitte’s thoughts and reasoning behind her plastic surgery makeover:

“I know I am the first female celebrity in the world who has allowed herself to be filmed like that in an operating theatre…I know I will be breaking a taboo. But I’m sure that it will provoke a new discussion. It’s time things change. I feel 30 and want to look that way again…The secrecy in Hollywood is annoying,” Brigitte said. “You can see that the stars do not age naturally. It’s not right that the fans, the normal women, are lied to….I’m getting a complete renewal: facelift, eyelift, fat injections in my face, liposuction, a breast lift and I need new teeth.“

It will be interesting to see how she looks after all of the plastic surgeries she is undergoing. Her goal is to pose for Playboy again, although at 44 I don’t really have any interest in see Brigitte Nielson naked, no matter how much plastic surgery she has done.

Sergey Zverev is a Russian hairstylist turned popstar that has transformed his looks via plastic surgery.

Just like Michael Jackson, Sergey has gone to extremes to transform his face into a very feminine looking man. He has had a very aggressive nose job (that turned out very poorly in my opinion), jaw work and the most ghastly lip implant that I have ever seen on a man. It also appears that he has had botox or even a full face lift (Sergey Zverev is in his mid-40’s) and god only knows what else.

Hillary Rodham Clinton sure does look “refreshed” for a women of 60, don’t you think? I couldn’t help but notice how different she looked while campaigning for the Democratic presidential nomination. She didn’t used to be so fresh-faced and bright-eyed. Has she been getting lots of rest? Vacationing? Having good sex? OR, has she developed a relationship with a new man (a plastic surgeon to be exact…)?

It certainly looks like she has had quite a bit of plastic surgery on her face, since she started running for political office. Don’t get me wrong, I think she looks great! She has been very lucky to have been worked on by a very talented plastic surgeon.

It appears that Hillary has had a mini face lift, neck lift and blepharoplasty (upper and lower eye work), and she has been keeping up her new look with botox injections. She also has a full set of upper veneers on her teeth.

Liza Minelli certainly is looking very surprised nowadays. It appears that she has had a brow lift and/or a facelift as well as an eyelift (blepharoplasty) and quite possibly some botox.

Liza Minelli is 62 years old, and she no longer has under eye bags or wrinkles and her eyebrows are noticably much higher up on her forehead, which is a telltale sign of an aggressive face/brow lift. With all the cosmetic work she’s had done, I’m a bit surprised at the condition of her teeth. She looks like she could use a good teeth whitening treatment, or veneers to fix the deep stains on her front teeth.

Not only has Liza Minnelli been a recipient of bad plastic surgery, but according to Liza’s ex husband, David Gest, Liza is also a “violent alcoholic with herpes”. Yikes!

Seriously. Heather Locklear, what in the hell did you do to your face?

As we’ve mentioned before, Heather Locklear is no stranger to the plastic surgeons office, but recently she has gone too far and has what appears to be a botched facelift.

Looking at the pictures above, it looks like Heather got a facelift plus cheek implants (that were placed slightly too high) right around the end of 2006.

Many celebrity gossip sites have gone on and on about what a horrible facelift Bruce Jenner has received. Other sites defend the way his face looks because supposedly, he was burned over 85% of his body after saving his dog and fleeing his burning house (how sensational!) and he required reconstructive surgery. So, since no one knows what the hell they are talking about, I decided to do a little investigating…Behold: The Official FamousPlastic.com Timeline of Bruce Jenner’s Face!!!

You’ll notice that the only burns suffered by Bruce Jenner were caused by the sun. If he was involved in a fire, his face was not burned, therefore he would not need reconstructive cosmetic surgery.

So, with that rumor debunked, do you think Bruce Jenner has had a facelift? I just don’t see it. He looks like he is just getting older to me. He has wrinkles, his nose has thinned out and his neck is starting to sag, which are all signs of natural aging. Notice that his eyebrows are still in the same place as well (facelifts can bring them up). If Bruce Jenner has had anything done, I think he has limited it something a little less major then an actual facelift surgery. Perhaps a little Botox?

While Janice Dickinson doesn’t look as horrifying as some plastic surgery addicts, she definately is starting to look like she’s obviously had a lot of plastic surgery, which shouldn’t be the goal of cosmetic surgery. Although, I do give her credit for being honest about it, rather then lieing like most celebrities.

Gene Simmons, the lead singer of KISS, underwent several plastic surgeries while filming his reality show “Gene Simmons Family Jewels”. Gene had a face lift, liposuction and a tummy tuck performed, and his girlfriend Shannon Tweed had a face lift as well.

Here is the interview Gene Simmons gave AETV.com regarding his choice to have plastic surgery:

“How did you decide to get a facelift?
The face lift happened matter of factly. I decided to do it and when Leslie Greif, one of the executive producers on the show, asked if he could film it, I said, “Why not?”

How did your family react to the results?
Sophie and Nick were a bit shocked. Soph cried when she first saw me, because she thought I was in pain. Once I explained to her I was feeling no pain, the rest was easy. As I said, they trust my instincts.”
