Megan Fox is no stranger to the plastic surgeon’s office, but she had gone WAY overboard this time. Her once stunning face is too puffy in some places, paralyzed in others and altogether she looks really bizarre.

Here is video of Megan Fox being interviewed on the red carpet at the “Jonah Hex” premier. Her face really does look like a reanimated puppet:

Previous, Megan has plumped her lips and gotten a nose job, but now it seems that the 24-year-old actress has severely over botoxed her face as well as over plumped her cheeks and lips with injectable fillers. Luckly the botox and injectable fillers will fade out within a few months, so hopefully Megan Fox learned her lesson and will stop with the plastic surgery!

Megan Fox is undoubtedly one of the sexiest young up-and-coming stars in Hollywood. But, those pouty lips and perfect nose are not God given. Not even close. While Megan has always been cute, it was a plastic surgeon that turned her from pretty girl next door to total sex pot.

The two most obvious cosmetic procedures that Megan Fox has undergone is: injectable lip fillers (collagen, Restylane, Hydrafill, Perlane, etc) and rhinoplasty. (More on Megan Fox’s rhinoplasty, here: Megan Fox nose job.)

Honestly, I have to say that Megan Fox has visited a talented plastic surgeon. She looks great! Although, only time will tell what Megan will end up looking like in a few years. Unfortunately lip injections like Megan has received, fade out over time and patients tend to get more and more with each treatment. Like I’ve said before, lip injections are like crack and it’s easy to get hooked and go overboard (Brittany Murphy, we’re talking to you…).

Megan Fox – Nose Job

It looks like the lastest Angelina Jolie wannabe, Megan Fox, had a little bit taken off the top. From the pictures below it appears that Megan Fox has indeed had a nose job to grind down the bump on the bridge of her nose, into a completely flawlessly straight nose.

Quite honestly, I think her nose looks too perfect now. But, I’m sure that is the look that she is going for, so good for her I suppose. I think Megan Fox is gorgeous with or without her nose job. Judging by when the pictures were taken, Megan Fox went under the knife for her nose job sometime between July and September 2007.
